I also work closely with out-of-state buyers relocating to the St. Pete and Tampa Bay area, helping them understand things most people don’t think about—like flood zones, insurance costs, taxes, and how different neighborhoods truly live day-to-day.

With over 6 years of experience in real estate, along with a background in property management and hospitality, I focus on making the process clear, strategic, and as smooth as possible for every client.
